Disconnect Bank Account
If the bank account is set as the settlement account for your Expensify Cards, you must designate another bank account as your settlement account (under Settings > Domains > Company Cards > Settings) before this account can be deleted.
To disconnect a bank account from Expensify,
- Hover over Settings, then click Account.
- Click the Payments tab on the left.
- To the right of the bank account, click Delete.
FAQ
Why can’t I delete a bank account?
You may be unable to delete your bank account if:
- The bank account is set as your Expensify Card settlement account
- Your account is locked due to a failed payment
